1. What size should I order?

We recommend checking our Size Guide to find your perfect fit. If you’re between sizes or unsure, feel free to email us at customerservice@litaswim.com — we’re happy to help you choose the right size based on your preferences.

2. Can I return or exchange my order?

All sales are final. Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

3. How long will my order take to ship?

Orders are processed and shipped within 5+ business days from the time your order is confirmed. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your package’s journey.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

5. How do I care for my swimwear?

To keep your swimwear in its best condition:
    •    Rinse in cold water after each wear
    •    Hand wash with gentle soap
    •    Lay flat to dry indoors
    •    Avoid rough surfaces, sunscreen stains, and machine washing

7. Can I update my order after it’s placed?

We begin preparing your order as soon as it’s confirmed, so we cannot guarantee changes. Please contact us immediately at customerservice@litaswim.com, and we’ll do our best to assist if your order hasn’t entered production.

8. What if I received the wrong item or something’s missing?

If there’s an issue with your order, please email customerservice@litaswim.com within 7 days of receiving it. Include your order number and a description of the problem, and our team will be happy to help.
